Influence of the magnetic filed on the nervous system

Influence of the magnetic filed on the nervous system

The nervous system is complex and provides a connection between the peripheral organs and the central nervous system.
To explain the analgesic effect of the north magnetic pole and the bipolar magnetic field we have to understand the mechanism of transmission of nerve signals.
Nerve cells are called neurons. They are the main component of the nervous system. Neurons produce type of energy that passes through their membranes. Ions outside the cell are displayed in axons. Axons are something like prolongation of the neurons. They are usually covered with myelin, which isolates them and increases the speed of nerve flow. The nerve flow is a flow of positive ion charge. Neurons transmit impulses between peripheral organs and the central nervous system. Some neurons are related by connections called synapses. The scientists assume that the number of synapses in the brain and the spinal cord has over ten trillion.
Neurons of the peripheral nervous system that are sensory, respond to touch, pressure, pain, temperature, muscle tension, light, chemical exposure and various other mechanical stimuls. To feel pain is necessary to have irritation of nerve endings, the brain to be informed and to interpret the signal. If the nerve is interrupted, or something hinder the signals reaching the brain does not feel pain.
This explains the analgesic effect of the north magnetic pole or the bipolar magnetic field. When the north pole is attached to the skin near the nerve endings, the negative charge of the magnetic pole and the positive energy of the nerve cells are attracted to each other. Then we have bio-electrical transfer - from positive to negative electric charge. So the positive ion charge on the surface of the nerve cells decreases because part of it goes to the negative pole. Therefore, the energy that goes to the brain decreases. As a result, the brain gets significantly weaker information about the presence of pain. This explains the analgetic effect of the north magnetic pole or the bipolar magnetic field. This result is valid for muscle and joint pain, regardless of who caused them.
Now we know the mechanism of action of the magnetic field on the nervous system that is aware of its effectiveness.
Confirmation of the analgesic effect of the north magnetic pole can be found in the writings of Dr. Davis - “Anatomy of the biomagnetism"and Dr. Batachariya - "Strength of magnet for healing".
